Filbert Aurelian Tjiaranata
Final-year CS Undergraduate at Universitas Indonesia
Research Assistant at CHAI Lab
Halo! I am a rising final-year Computer Science undergraduate at Universitas Indonesia.
I have been very fortunate to work with Prof. Chenhao Tan at the Chicago Human+AI (CHAI) Lab.
My main interest is in agentic AI systems for accelerating scientific research, though I am interested in agents for other domains too.
Earlier, I worked on multilinguality and multiculturality in NLP and also explored a bit of AI safety.
Outside of research, I enjoy badminton, basketball, swimming, bouldering, hiking and once-a-year of surfing!
There was a time when I enjoyed competitive programming, but not anymore :D
